Depart Victoria Falls for Chobe National Park

After a leisurely breakfast at your Victoria Falls or Livingstone Hotel or arrival to Kasane Airport ( any can apply), your driver will collect you and take you to the Kazungula Border Post, cross over into Botswana to Water Lily Lodge Kasane. If arriving to Kasane Airport we will take you direct to Water Lily. Water Lily Lodge is an intimate establishment that accommodates a maximum of 30 guests at any given time while providing the best Chobe River experience!
The river is just metres away and a short stroll brings you to views of its banks.
You shall arrive in time to have lunch, check-in and go for an afternoon/evening wildlife activity usually the boat safari in the afternoon. The game rangers and river boat skippers are highly skilled and know the river and reserve intimately, so you are guaranteed to have top-class encounters with wildlife in the reserve and on the river. Dinner is enjoyed at Water Lily this evening.

Spent in the Chobe National Park and on the Chobe River

A full day day in this idyllic wildlife with activities supplied from the lodge; a morning boat safari and evening game drive.
Chobe Game Reserve has lion, elephant, leopard, African buffalo, hyena, giraffe, zebra, warthog, myriads of different antelope, birdlife galore, the smaller animals mongoose, meerkat, honey badgers just too many to mention all the iconic animals of Africa. Who knows what you will see, its a wild place? But its always a satisfying experience and often very thrilling encounters will happen. Enjoy another hearty breakfast at Water Lily on yoru return.

During the middle of the day, you can visit a Namibian Village by boat on Impalilo Island and/or go tiger fishing, take a stroll to the local injured animal sanctuary (Caracal Centre). (Optional extras, additional fees/entrance may apply).

You can also just rest in the middle of the day, have lunch, use the lodges swimming pool, explore Kasane Town and the Chobe River banks.

Morning in Chobe then transfer to Airport

Go for another exciting game drive in Chobe (but check if your if your departure time today allows this). After breakfast, depart for a flight from one of the three airports serving the region (Kasane, Victoria Falls, or Livingstone) or transfer back to your Victoria Falls-based hotel. You can fly back to Johannesburg on an earlier or later flight or direct through to Cape Town. Depending on your choice of flight (we can advise of course) you might have to miss the morning activity and settle for viewing some animals in the river as you have your breakfast on the dining deck overlooking the river.
