Day 1
Pick Up and Start the Panorama Route
Pick Up and Start the Panorama Route
Be met by your guide at any of the following locations - Your hotel or airport in Johannesburg/Pretoria/Nelspruit/Hoedspruit, and head for the Panorama Route. We will stop en route for a quick "on the go" snack lunch, usually traditional savoury pancakes in Graskop village, the centre of the Panorama Route. The Panorama Route is arguably one of the most beautiful and popular travel destinations in South Africa. It leads through the rugged mountain range of the northern Drakensberg. Here, in the northeastern part of the Great Escarpment, the inland plateau declines abruptly and steeply and opens up fantastic views of the plains below.
Attractions visited, as time permits, will be the Blyde River Canyon, Bourkes Luck Potholes, God’s Window, Lisbon Falls and the Graskop Gorge Lift. Later this afternoon, we descend the escarpment and travel through the warm “Lowveld”, where you are dropped off at a charming country hotel.
Dinner is enjoyed this evening in the restaurant at your hotel.

Transfer To Your Safari Lodge or To Johannesburg
Transfer To Your Safari Lodge or To Johannesburg
Rise early this morning for breakfast at your hotel. Your guide will then transfer you to your Kruger Safari Lodge for your booked safari or to Johannesburg, and this tour/transfer ends in the early afternoon.
Should you require onward travel arrangements at the end of your booked safari, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
