Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve

You are picked up by a guide from Selous Explorer at your hotel for safari briefing, after briefing you'll start the drive south to Selous Game Reserve, which is approximately a 5-hour drive from Dar es Salaam. On arrival, you start with an afternoon boat safari in the mighty Rufiji River. Overnight at Africa Safari Camp on Full Board.

After breakfast, you go for full day game drives with packed lunch boxes in Selous Game Reserve. During lunchtime, you enjoy your picnic lunch in the picnic site the guide will select for you. After your picnic lunch and some relaxation, you continue with your afternoon game drives. After game drives, you return back to Africa Safari Camp for overnight on full board.

Selous Game Reserve to Kilwa Masoko

Start the day with a morning walking safari which takes 2 hours then back to the camp for the breakfast.
After breakfast, drive to Kilwa Masoko which is approximately a 5-hour drive. On arrival in Kilwa Masoko will be late afternoon and check-in at Kimbilio Lodge for overnight. After check-in, you will get a chance to swim in the Indian Ocean which is in front of your lodge.

After breakfast, you depart to Kilwa Kisiwani for a full-day tour at Kilwa Kisiwani. the tour will give you a chance to visit Songo Mnara and ruins. The tour is a combination of historical sites and cultural tourism, and you will also get a chance to swim and dive.
