Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and driven west to Maasai Mara National Reserve with a picnic lunch packed to enjoy along the way. You will arrive at the camp in time for a late afternoon game drive in Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded in this reserve. July, August and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, but there are resident wildlife all year round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. In the evening, you will drive to Lenchada Camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will head out for an exciting day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for wild games in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network allowing for close range viewing and photography. You will break for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles as you enjoy your lunch. Later in the evening, you will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
