Day 1

Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Beasts Africa Safaris will pick you early in the morning from your hotel or from the airport and bring you to the office for a short briefing of the safari. Depart for Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley. You will stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint where you will take a few minutes to see the scenic views of this amazing landscape. Then you will proceed to Narok where you will have lunch. Then you will proceed to Masai Mara National Reserve.

The Masai Mara offers excellent big cat encounters and is regarded by many travelers as an essential stop on any tour of Africa. You will see golden grassland plains pocked with acacia, wildebeests, zebras, lions, and jackals bound together by the cycle of life and death. You will arrive in Masai Mara in the evening. Enjoy a game drive in search of the lion, the leopard, the cheetah, and the rhino among all the wildlife until late in the evening. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.
