Day 1

Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport to Tarangire National Park

Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport to Tarangire National Park

We will meet at the International Airport of Kilimanjaro with a signboard with your name and our company logo. After greetings, we will check all your luggage for confirmation and we will drive to Tarangire National Park. On arrive you will proceed with a wonderful game drive in the park and afternoon you will stop at the beautiful picnic site with a nice view of the river to enjoy your packed lunch. Tarangire, the third-largest national park in northern Tanzania and a sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tara River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs and up to six thousand elephants. We will depart with a lunch box from the lodge and enjoy our lunch at the nice picnic site with a lovely view of the Tara River. Later drive to Karatu.

Day 2

Karatu - Serengeti National Park

Karatu - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will proceed to Serengeti National park via Ngorongoro highland whereby you will stop at the view point of the crater and proceed to Serengeti. You will arrive at the entrance/ gate around lunch time so you will stop for your picnic lunch, and later start a game drive enroute to the central serengeti. Late in the evening you will proceed to your camp for overnight.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will depart with a picnic lunch for a full day game drive or if you like to make 2 game drive morning and evening all will work, on this day you can plan with your guide. Depends on the time of the year you will see a lots of animals around and late in the evening return to the camp for overnight.

Day 4

After breakfast you will depart with all your luggage and picnic lunch again and do a last game drive in Serengeti till lunch time. Later you will proceed to Karatu via Ngorongoro Hilghland. Driving time will take 2 hours and half. Later you will arrive to your lodge again for overnight.

Day 5

Karatu - Ngorongoro Crater then Arusha Airport

After breakfast, you will proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive, with a picnic lunch packed for inside the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2,000 ft. high walls, the Ngorongoro Crater has the highest density of wild animals worldwide. Among the species are lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. You might expect to see the "Big Five" in one day. Later you will drive back to Arusha City or Arusha Air port.
