You will be picked up from the hotel early in the morning (around 8:00 am) and start your safari. You'll transfer to Tarangire National Park. This is one of the best-kept secrets of the north circuit. The park covers an area of 2,850 sq km and it offers some unique and diverse landscapes. The permanent presence of water in the area makes it a good choice especially during the dry season (June - Oct, Dec - Feb) as plenty of wild animals migrate here. The park is home to big baobab trees, big mammals, and especially elephants, as well as other carnivores. In the late afternoon, you'll transfer to the retreat Ngorongoro Lodge.

Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, you'll drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and on to Serengeti National Park with game viewing en route. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequaled for its natural beauty and scientific value. It has the greatest concentration of plains game in Africa. It is the migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May, and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge, or crocodile-infested river can hold them back. Serengeti is truly home to the legendary Great Wildebeest Migration. Late evening, you'll drive to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park
You'll have an early breakfast at 7:00 am. You'll drive to the nearby Lake Manyara National Park for a game viewing drive where your first encounter will be sitting of large troupes of baboons. The park derived its name from a plant called Euphorbia tirucalli which is known as ‘Emanyara’ in the local Maasai language. Patches of yellow fever trees are dotted around the grassy lake shores and the rift valley wall is a prominent feature throughout. The entrance of the park is in a very special environment: a groundwater forest offering a beautiful change of scenery from the savannah-dominated parks. The lush green vegetation consisting of tall trees of the groundwater forest, the tree-climbing lions, the soda lake inhabited with thousands of pink-hued flamingos, large water birds, and the troops of baboons, and the Rift Valley escarpment make your safari to this area unforgettable. A packed lunch will be served at a picnic site. Late afternoon, you'll drive back to Arusha.
