On day one of your 6-day Uganda gorillas & wildlife, Uganda safari will be traveling from Entebbe to Kibale National Park in the west, 5-6 hours via the Mubende-Fort Portal City route. En route, you'll enjoy the beautiful countryside, make a stop at Fort Portal tourism city for lunch. Then, you'll go to check into the accommodation at Kibale with an en-route scenic view of Crater Lakes, terraced tea estates, etc.

Day 2

Chimpanzee Trek in Kibale National Park & Queen Elizabeth National Park
You'll have an early breakfast before assembling at Kanyanchu visitor centre for briefing/orientation about chimpanzee tracking regulations. You will have a guide to escort you through the 2-5 hours trek to see chimpanzees starting at 8:00 am. You'll have a thrilling encounter during the 1 hour of close interaction with chimps, learn their behaviors, but also don’t miss sighting l’hoest monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, and birds.
You'll get back from the jungles for lunch, check out prepared to exit Kibale for Queen Elizabeth National Park, a 3-hour drive. You'll arrive early in the afternoon, enjoy the view of wildlife as you check into your lodge.

Day 3

You'll wake up for day 3 of your 6-day Uganda gorillas & wildlife, and have breakfast. Afterward, you'll enjoy a game drive via the Kasenyi track. The Kasenyi game track offers incredible sightings of the bush elephants, solitary buffaloes, birds, antelopes, warthogs, lions, leopards, and these will be excellently viewed during the 2-4 hours game drive in a pop-up roof vehicle.
You'll have lunch. Afterward, you'll enjoy a boat cruise experience for 2-3 hours starting from 2:00 pm, which takes you on Kazinga Channel. Key species not to miss today range from basking crocodiles at the river banks, hippos, waterbucks, birds like fish eagles, and bee-eaters.

Day 4

After having a tasty African tea/coffee, you'll check out of the lodge, drive via Ishasha to see tree-climbing lions. Later, you'll be transferred to Bwindi. You'll enjoy the countryside's breathtaking landscape and retire for the night at the lodge in the forests of Bwindi.

Day 5

Early morning, you'll have delicious African tea/coffee, then report to Buhoma or another region as directed by your gorilla permit for a briefing about gorilla trekking rules. Along, you'll have some packed lunch and water. After allocation of gorilla families, you'll start trekking at 8:00 am with the guide for 2-6 hours. You will settle with gorillas upon finding them for 1 hour of taking pictures, but use cameras with no flashlights or turn off the flashlights.
Afterward, you'll go back to have a gorilla trekking certificate. Later, you'll be at the lodge for relaxation. Later, you'll be ready for a short cultural walk to the Batwa people in their community for cultural dances, music, and great learning about their lifestyles.

Day 6

You'll have breakfast early morning. Afterward, you'll exit Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a gorilla park, for Entebbe with a stopover made at Mbarara for lunch and photography at the Equator.
