Your safari adventure begins here!
We pick you up from your hotel in or around Arusha. Those 2,5 hour drive that you will enjoy the view of the beautiful nature, landscapes, and local communities. We’ll do a full-day game drive in Tarangire which is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees, and tree climbing African pythons. This open Savannah is concentrated with a plenty of wildlife like zebras, migratory wildebeest, eland, gazelle, impala, kudu, rhino, hartebeest, buffalo and other small mammals. Later in the evening you will go to your accommodation for evening leisure, dinner and overnight.

Day 2

After breakfast you will depart with packed lunch heading to Serengeti for game drive through the agricultural and the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind we descend into the heart of wild Africa the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. The Serengeti National Park is the largest park in Tanzania with diverse landscapes and habitats, such as grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannah, and mountains. Here the biggest wildebeest and zebra migration takes place and depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to witness thousands of animals on their search for food and water.
Evening Leisure, dinner and overnight will be at your accommodation.

Day 3

Today you will have a final game drive in Serengeti Park, the endless plains of Savannah and forest landscapes. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and followers. Spend the time to the remaining part of Seronera, the popular area in the entire reserve known as “the big cat capital of Africa” lions, cheetah and leopard can be spotted here.
Later you will head back to Ngorongoro Conservancy and then to Karatu for overnight.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast you we will drive into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest volcano caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage Site with unique ecosystem that inhabit more than 25,000 resident animals. In the grass and acacia forest you can spot almost every animal species of the East African savanna together with the Big Five animals (rhino, elephant, buffalo, lion and leopard). Later on, you will ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha. This will mark the end of your 4 days safari with Mazingira Family.
