Depart from Nairobi in the morning and drive to the viewpoint of the Rift Valley. Descend to the floor of the Rift Valley. Stop briefly at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy the stunning views of what is the world's largest valley, said to be visible from space.

Arrive at Masai Mara for lunch. The afternoon game drive allows spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park, ranging from the big cats such as lion, leopard and cheetah to rhino, elephant and wildebeest. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Have breakfast and spend the rest of the day in the Masai Mara on game drives. You will leave your lodge with a packed lunch box. We will explore the vast tree-studded reserve in search of lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, buffaloes, antelopes, warthog and many more.

Wildlife in the Masai Mara is found in prolific numbers and the game reserve has the highest wildlife concentration per square kilometer. We will search for the predators and follow the scavenger trails during our intensive yet enchanting game viewing. We will spread our game-viewing area and cover the wildebeest migration river-crossing points. Crocodiles and hippos will be seen during this amazing game viewing. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

After breakfast, leave the camp and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Have an afternoon game drive at this Rift Valley lake often referred to as “the biggest bird spectacle“ due to the millions of flamingos that form a pinkish canopy along the lake shores. Explore the Rhino Sanctuary and be amazed by their silence as they graze in the field. From the Baboon Cliff, you will get an overview of the lake and the park in general. Dinner and overnight will be in a lodge.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru to Amboseli

Lake Nakuru to Amboseli

After breakfast, leave the hotel and drive to Amboseli via Nairobi for a small excursion to the Giraffe Centre for photos and to feed them. If lucky, you may even get a kiss from a giraffe! Later, drive to Amboseli via Emali to arrive late in the afternoon. Here, we may have an optional safari experience with the Maasai for a cultural dance with the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Later, check in and relax at the lodge with a view of the snow-peaked Kilimanjaro on a lucky day. Have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After you’ve had time to rest, we’ll take you into the park for your first African safari experience. On your game-viewing drive, we’ll be on the lookout for the elephants, the stars of Amboseli, as well as lions, giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests, and many more.

The backdrop to your Kenyan adventure is Mount Kilimanjaro. Its snow-capped peak dominates the skyline as Africa’s highest mountain. Marvel at the natural beauty of the awe-inspiring plains, home to a massively diverse ecosystem of animals. Also, visit Observation Hill where you will have a spectacular view of Amboseli while having lunch. Head back to your lodge for dinner and a good night’s rest.

Have breakfast and then have an en-route game drive in Amboseli National Park as we proceed to the border at Namanga for clearance. We will then proceed to Arusha with an en-route picnic. Later, we drop you off at the hotel in Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park to spend a full-day game drive exploring the park. It is said to be the “loveliest (lake) in Africa”. Lake Manyara covers 127 square miles (329 square kilometers) of Lake Manyara National Park. The lake’s alkaline waters cover approximately 89 square miles (231 square kilometers). It is famous for a good number of baboons and birdlife. It is also home to herbivores such as hippos, impalas, elephants, wildebeests, buffalos, warthogs, and giraffes. Giant fig trees and mahogany trees can be seen in the groundwater forest immediately around the park gates. We then drive to Panorama Campsite to overnight.

After breakfast, we drive to Serengeti National Park with an optional visit to Olduvai Gorge. Millions of years ago, the site was that of a large lake, the shores of which were covered with successive deposits of volcanic ash. Excavation work there was pioneered by Louis and Mary Leakey beginning in 1931. The Serengeti National Park covers 5,700 square miles (14,763 square kilometers) of grassland plains and savannah as well as riverine forest and woodlands. The park lies in the north of the country, bordered to the north by the national Tanzania and Kenyan border, where it is continuous with the Masai Mara National Park Reserve. Stay overnight at Seronera Campsite.

After breakfast, you will start your full-day game drive in the Central Serengeti National Park. This gives us further time to wonder at the migratory herds and the dangers and challenges they face each year in their battle for survival. You will perhaps spot a hippopotamus, or up in the skies, a majestic martial eagle among many other animals. As well as the migrating animals, this area also has a good population of resident wildlife, so you won’t be disappointed. A picnic lunch box will be provided by your driver-guide at the picnic site. Stay overnight at Seronera Campsite.

Day 10

Receive a wake-up call at 6:00 am for a cup of coffee and then proceed for the early-morning game drive. This morning's game drive is very important as you will be able to witness the kills from the Big Five if you're lucky. After the game drive, return to the lodge at 9:30 am for your main breakfast. Thereafter, you will check out of the lodge and proceed with a game drive en-route to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority. Stay overnight at Simba Campsite with a fascinating view of the crater floor!

Day 11

Ngorongoro to Arusha

Enjoy breakfast and then leave the camp at 7:00 am to descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a crater tour. This is a World Heritage Site. The incomparable Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest “caldera”. Dominated by cliffs standing some 600 meters high and presenting a sheer drop down to a wide open space of some 246 square kilometers, you may see everything from elephant to lion, and if you’re lucky, the near-extinct black rhino, all amongst large herds of zebra and wildebeest. In the afternoon, exit the Ngorongoro Crater and then drive back to Arusha.
