On your arrival at the Kigali International airport, you will be picked and be transferred for the Covid-19 test (60$ per person) and you will be transferred for a city tour visiting the Genocide memorial site which gives a brief history of the country you are visiting. You will have lunch on the way, after lunch, you will visit the community cultural Village to enjoy the Rwandan culture including the traditional dance.

Iby’iwacu Cultural Village a Non-Profit umbrella organization that aims at improving the lives of reformed poachers and communities around Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park through provision of conservation incentives, supporting community enterprise development and livelihood based projects.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will assemble at the park headquarters for a briefing in the morning together with your trekking gear and drinking water and ascend in the forest to trek the Gorillas. Volcanoes National Park is known for its ultimate primate safaris where tourists will get to see a number of primate species.

There are twelve gorilla families living in the Volcanoes National Park, which are fully habituated, with a few others habituated solely for scientific research. The groups, or troops, consist of at least one silverback along with several females and youngsters. The families are known as Susa, Igisha, Karisimbi, Sabyinyo, Amahoro, Agashya, Kwitonda, Umubano, Hirwa, Bwenge, Ugyenda and Muhoza.

After Gorilla trekking, you will visit the Dian Fossey Center.

After an early breakfast drive to Kigali Airport for scheduled flight to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro Airport.
Upon arrival in Tanzania from Kigali Airport, you will be met by our Kubwa Five Safaris representative with your name printed on an A4 paper and will welcome you at Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro Airport, and later you will be driven to Serengeti National Park, you will arrive at your hotel in the afternoon.
You will head out for an evening game drive.

Have an early morning breakfast, then travel to the Lake Manyara National Park. You will arrive at around 10am, go for the game drive. Lake Manyara is one of the Tanzanian parks with the highest biodiversity, with five different ecosystems.

The park is inhabited by over 380 types of birds and many animal species including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons, hippos, antelopes, warthogs and many others.

Transfer To Tarangire National Park | Game Drive

After breakfast, you will head towards the Tarangire National Park for a game drive with picnic lunch at the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and its migratory cycle that includes thousands of elephants, wildebeest, and zebras.

The name of the park comes from the Tarangire River which crosses through the park. Tarangire is especially spectacular during the dry season (June - November) as wildlife concentrations rival that of the Serengeti. This is because enormous populations of elephants and other animals are drawn to the Tarangire River as their only source of water. With its varied habitats and permanent water in the Tarangire River, the park is home to over 2000 elephants and 500 bird species.
