Day 1

Mombasa - Tsavo East - Tsavo West National Parks

Mombasa - Tsavo East - Tsavo West National Parks

You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning then drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi road to Tsavo East National Park. Enter the park via Bachuma gate and embark on a game viewing drive with chances of encountering elephants, lions, buffalos, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, etc. You will then visit the famous Aruba dam where lots of game animals and bird species can be found especially during the dry spell. Then proceed to Voi Safari Lodge, check-in and have your buffet lunch. After lunch and a short rest, depart for the Tsavo West National Park with a game drive en-route. Enter the park via the Tsavo River gate and proceed to visit the Rhino Sanctuary with an opportunity to see the elusive and endangered black rhino among other wild animals. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Ngulia Safari Lodge.

Day 2

Your early morning breakfast will be at 6:30 am. Check out of the lodge and proceed for an early morning safari game drive to Mzima Springs—a major attraction while on safari to Tsavo West. Enjoy views of gigantic hippos and crocodiles lying in wait for unsuspecting victims. The water is crystal clear and many species of fish can also be seen. Continue with your game drive right through Tsavo West with an opportunity to see more animals as you head out of the park and join the Mombasa-Nairobi Road. Drive to Mombasa with lunch en-route and arrive in Mombasa late in the afternoon.
