Amboseli National Park - Lake Naivasha
Depart from Amboseli after breakfast for your journey to Lake Naivasha via the Southern bypass along the Mombasa road. You will have a stopover at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley to see its formation. Proceed to Lake Naivasha, arriving at the lodge for a hot lunch. You will have the afternoon at leisure to enjoy a boat ride on the lake. This is the best experience for you to watch the behaviors of hippos in water. Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast at the lodge, you will be driven to Lake Nakuru National Park. Across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the Rift Valley’s most famous lake, Lake Nakuru. Known all over the world for its flamingos, it’s alkaline and is recognized as being one of the Natural Wonders of the World. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times, there may be almost 2 million flamingos in residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep-pink band around the edge of the lakeshore.
You will arrive in time for lunch and then have an afternoon game drive. See rhinos, giraffes, zebras, baboons, and the big cats. The park itself is very scenic with the lake contrasting the acacia woodland areas where troops of baboons can be seen. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.
Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast from the hotel, you will make your way to Masai Mara National Reserve. We will drive via the typical African savannah country, dotted with local homesteads and colorful Maasai herdsmen grazing their cattle. As the Northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and attendant predators. We will proceed and arrive at the camp with enough time to settle in before lunch with a little time to relax before we head out for our afternoon game drive. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Explore Masai Mara National Reserve
Rise for breakfast, and as the cool, fresh air fills your lungs, you will feel invigorated and rejuvenated, ready for a great day to explore Kenya’s flagship park. Roll down the windows or stand up through the customized pop-up roof hatch and enjoy this unhindered 360-degree view and the possibilities of what lies ahead.
The Masai Mara is one of the lushest reserves in Africa and is globally renowned for providing excellent predator sightings in their natural habitats thanks to its relatively large populations of lion, cheetah, and leopard. We will also see many elephants, Maasai giraffes, common zebras, impalas, Thomson's and Grant’s gazelles, topis, hartebeests, black-backed jackals, spotted hyenas, and more. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
