Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

On this first day and the beginning day of your classic safari, your driver will meet you at the airport or Nairobi Hotel and brief you about the entire safari, and then embark on your journey to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve which is approximately a drive of 5 hours. You'll pass through the Great Rift Valley Escarpment as you en route to Masai Mara Game Reserve and make a stop for photography and scenic views of the Escarpment which stretches from the Middle East in the north to Mozambique in the south. The area is geologically active and features volcanoes, hot springs, and geysers. You'll arrive in Masai Mara in time for check-in, have lunch, and take some rest. Later, head out for an afternoon game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo, and other members of the Big Five plus other animals till sunset.

Dinner and your overnight stay at Zebra Plains Mara Camp.

Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy an early breakfast, followed by a full day in the park with a picnic lunch break along the Mara River. The Masai Mara plains are full of wildebeest during the migration season from early July to the end of September. Zebras, impalas, topis, giraffes, and Thomson gazelle are regularly seen, as well as leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals, and bat-eared foxes. Black rhinos are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance if you are lucky. Hippos are abundant in the Mara River, as are enormous Nile crocodiles, who lay in wait for a meal as the wildebeest cross on their annual quest to find new pastures.

Later, you will return to Zebra Plains in the evening for an arranged bush nature walk with an experienced and knowledgeable guide in a wildlife conservation area. You'll get to see the animals and plants of the region up close and learn about their habits and behaviors.

Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Have an early morning breakfast. After breakfast, check out and have a game drive en route. There will be a visit to the Masai village after exiting the park, which will give you a chance to interact with the Maasai and get a glimpse into their culture, and unique way of life and see firsthand some of their customs and practices. Afterwards, Leave Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru. You'll arrive in time for check-in and have lunch. You will take some rest and later in the afternoon, enjoy game drives in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park boasts an abundance of wildlife and spectacular landscapes. Think of black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hippos occupying euphorbia forests, acacia woodlands, savannah grasslands, and rocky escarpments around a shallow, alkaline lake.

Later return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Have an early morning breakfast. After breakfast, have a game drive en route. Leave Lake Nakuru for Lake Naivasha, which is a 2 hours drive. There will be a stop at the Hells Gate National Park for bike rides and guided walks as you descend to the gorges. You'll arrive in time for check-in and have lunch. Later in the afternoon, tranquility glides through the sparkling waters of Lake Naivasha on a boat safari that promises to unveil a plethora of the region's spectacular birdlife. You'll travel in the company of a resident birding expert who will help you identify some of the region's 400 bird species. Keep your binoculars peeled for pink-backed pelicans, the goliath heron, and the saddle-billed stork. After the boat ride, you'll proceed to the Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, one of the scenic and breathtaking wildlife sanctuaries situated along the lake.
Later return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Have an early morning breakfast, check out, and leave Lake Naivasha for Amboseli, which is a 5-hour drive. You'll arrive in Amboseli time for check-in and have lunch at the Kibo Safari Camp. You'll have some time for relaxation and later proceed for game drives till sunset. The park is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape and open plains. Here you'll have a good opportunity to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here, ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli to wetlands with sulfur springs, the savannah, and woodlands.

Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6

On this day, you wake up early in the morning for breakfast, meet your guide, and leave your camp for the park with your packed lunch for a full game drive. Our driver shall ensure you do not miss viewing the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro from the viewpoint hill in the park. You shall explore more about animals such as elephants, the Girrafes, the buffalo, and the bird's lover will have a chance to meet some bird species, such as the oxpeckers that ride on the elephant's back, helping to buffet ticks.

After the game full-day game drive, proceed to the camp for an evening of relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay at the camp.
