Day 1

After breakfast drive to the Serengeti National Park. The scenic drive to Serengeti includes the Maasai Steppes (which provide exposure to the nomadic culture), cattle herds along the highway, and traditional Maasai villages, which dot the countryside. The drive through the African Rift Valley, followed by driving through Ngorongoro crater view with a spectacular view point, where crater can be seen from above. Afterwards, you will proceed with game enroute to the Serengeti and later in the evening arrive at the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Full day game drive in Serengeti national park
You have a full day of excursions in the Serengeti today enjoying morning and afternoon game drives from the camp. The center of the Serengeti, called Seronera, is a network of rivers that ensure dependable water supplies attracting wildlife throughout the year. It is here that you’ll have your best opportunity to spot the “Big Five”: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhino, and the leopard. There will be no shortage of animal sightings as the presence of permanent mud pools and shade attract giraffes, impalas, warthogs, and hippos. You might also catch a glimpse of cheetahs, hyenas and jackals. Later in the evening return at the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Ngorongoro crater tour
Ngorongoro crater tour
Enjoy your last game viewing in the Serengeti in the morning and then proceed to the Ngorongoro crater for game drive with a picnic lunch midday. Often considered the 8th Wonder of the World, the crater is a very important refuge for a variety of wildlife. Most commonly seen are big bulls of elephants and the vulnerable species of black rhinos. The crater is also home to big herds of wildebeest and zebras, thomson and grant gazelles, hippopotamus, African cape buffalos, prides of lions, hyenas, serval cats, golden and black backed jackals, and close to 400 species of bird. Then you will proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 4
Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast you will drive to Tarangire National Park. The drive will take around one and a half hours. You will see firsthand all that Tarangire National Park is known for – the famous ancient baobab trees, tree climbing pythons, and the largest concentration of African elephants, lions, leopards, cheetah. After a picnic lunch in midday, you will resume your afternoon game drive where you’ll encounter other animals such as, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, other antelope’s species in rich numbers and birds. Upon finishing your afternoon game drive and proceed back to Arusha for drop off.
