After breakfast, embark on a 2.5-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, passing through the peri-urban areas of Arusha where you can catch glimpses of everyday Tanzanian life.
Arrive at the park and begin your game drive among the majestic baobab trees, home to large elephant herds and a variety of wildlife, from predators to herbivores. Enjoy a picnic lunch in a scenic spot within the park before continuing your afternoon game drive, seeking to spot more animals and birds in this wildlife-rich landscape.
As the day ends, drive back to your lodge, passing the Tarangire River, a permanent water source that attracts hundreds of animals. Check in, relax, and enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater
Start early with breakfast before heading to the Ngorongoro Crater with a packed picnic lunch. Formed by the collapse of an ancient volcano, the crater is surrounded by steep walls rising 600 meters, creating a self-contained ecosystem home to most of East Africa’s iconic wildlife.
Enjoy a full-day game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage Site, with opportunities to see lions, elephants, zebras, and possibly the rare black rhino. Stop for lunch in a designated crater area by a water pond, surrounded by lush grasslands and active wildlife.
After an incredible day of wildlife viewing, ascend from the crater and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Lake Eyasi Morning Tour & Local School Visit
After breakfast, set out for Lake Eyasi, located in the Eastern Arm of the Great Rift Valley. Known as one of the world’s oldest rifts, the lake is home to flamingos and other birdlife that feed on its abundant crustaceans.
Meet the Datoga and Hadzabe tribes, learning about their traditional hunting and gathering lifestyles. Observe their daily activities, including building cave-like homes, cooking traditional meals, and crafting their cultural attire.
After this cultural immersion, drive to Karatu for a hot local lunch and a visit to a local school, where you’ll get a glimpse of Tanzania’s educational system and interact with students.
In the late afternoon, return to Arusha or continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.
