Johannesburg to the Kruger National Park

Departing from the O.R Tambo Airport in Johannesburg by 07:00 am, you will travel east through the farmlands to the Kruger National Park.

You will arrive at the Adventure Lodge located in Hazyview which is only a 15-minute drive away from the Phabeni Gate into the national park. There is time to check into your en-suite, air-conditioned accommodation (chalet or tent, dependent on availability when booking) and to freshen up. Proceed on your first open-vehicle safari drive in the Kruger National Park. This safari drive is for around 2 to 2 and a half hours.

Return to the lodge at sunset in time for a beverage and dinner served at the lodge.

Guided safari drive and return to Johannesburg

You wake up early and depart on an (optional) sunrise safari drive in the open safari vehicle. Please note that this safari drive on the final day is an optional extra and can be booked and paid for directly at the lodge on arrival at R1,050.00 per person, subject to change.

Alternatively, you can enjoy the morning at the lodge before departing from Hazyview at noon for your return transfer to Johannesburg. You will arrive at the O.R Tambo Airport in Johannesburg between 5 and 6 pm.
