Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, depart the Serengeti and journey toward the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's most remarkable wildlife destinations. Descend 600 metres to the crater floor for an unforgettable game drive through its diverse habitats, home to one of the highest concentrations of wildlife on the continent.

Spend several hours exploring the crater in search of the Big Five, including lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, and, with a bit of luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by breathtaking scenery before ascending the crater in the afternoon.

Continue to your lodge near the crater, where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and settle in for an overnight stay, reflecting on another incredible day of your Tanzanian safari.
