The safari starts from Arusha where your guide will come and pick you up from any location in Arusha town, and then proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. On this day, you will enjoy the excellent view over Lake Manyara, see elephants up close in the woodlands and visit the renowned Manyara hippo pool.
The park offers a great view of the 400 meters deep Great Rift Valley. This tear in the earth came into existence 22 to 25 million years ago, when movement in a weak area of the earth’s crust led to the formation of a rift, thousands of kilometres long through the whole of East Africa. The valley is so enormous it can be seen from outer space and it has many unique landscapes that attract a vast number of different animals. Besides being home to Lake Manyara itself, you can also find dense rainforest here with hundreds of groups of monkeys and a huge number of birds. During the evening, drive to your reserved accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

The exciting sounds of Africa will rise you up from your sleep. We will make the most of the day by departing early in the morning with your picnic lunch and head off on a spectacular afternoon game viewing in Serengeti. Serengeti offers an exotic game-viewing experience in the whole of Africa giving you an up-close look at the animals. You will spot great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of elands, topis, kongonis, impalas and Grant’s gazelles.
The word Serengeti stems from the Maasai language and literally means endless plains. Many predators roam these vast grasslands; over four thousand lions, 225 cheetahs, a thousand leopards, 3500 hyenas and hundreds of wild dogs! And of course, plenty of other beautiful animals, which your guide will be delighted to search for together with you. During the evening, drive to your reserved accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3
Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, you will proceed with game drive safaris in the Serengeti exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of large predators and the gentle herbivorous, on which they feed. In the late afternoon, we will proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4

After a tasty breakfast, collect your picnic lunches. Today you will visit one of the seven African Wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater, created when a huge volcano erupted two million years ago. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem; the crater has the highest concentration of animals anywhere in Africa.
The Ngorongoro Crater is home to many lion families, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests and many more species. And nowhere else offers a chance as good as this to spot the rare black rhinos. After a great day in Ngorongoro Crater, your driver guide will transfer you to Arusha for a drop-off.
