After meeting your guide in the morning at your destination or hotel, you will start your safari to the Kalahari Desert. You will check in at your accommodation. At your request, we can recommend a sundowner drive offering spectacular views to make this day an unforgettable experience. You will head back to the lodge in the evening.

Day 2
The Namib Desert
The Namib Desert
The drive through the breathtaking landscape along the Namib leads you past the Duwisib Castle, built in the early 1900s and presently serving as a museum and a worthwhile visit. Your destination for today is one of the lodges near Sossusvlei, a mostly dried-out veil surrounded by the highest dunes in the world. Surrounded by the tranquility of the desert, you'll let this day fade out.

Day 3
Sossusvlei Excursion
Sossusvlei Excursion
In the early morning hours, you will depart for our trip to Sossusvlei. This is to enable you to experience the sunrise in the vicinity of the dunes; the intense light and color change of the sky while the sun rises over the Tsaris Mountains. After spending time at Dune 45 and the Dead Vlei, you will sit down and enjoy a breakfast picnic in the dunes. After that, you will visit the Sesriem Canyon, probably the smallest canyon in the world. Alternatively, we can organize a scenic flight over Namib at your request (not included in the original offer).

Day 4
Swakpmund

Today’s journey through the seemingly endless scenery of the Namib brings you to Swakopmund, Namibia’s most favored holiday resort on the Coast of the Atlantic. Approximately halfway, you can take a break at the Rostock Ritz, a welcome oasis in this barren landscape. You will arrive in Swakopmund in the afternoon.

Swakopmund offers many different interesting possibilities to relax and a magnitude of activities that can be organized for you from here. Your guide will advise you on the different activities that are offered in this area. Alternatively, you can walk through this historic town.

Day 6
Erongo Mountains

Your safari leads you further North through the vast gravel plains of the Namib along the Atlantic coast. The cape fur seal colony at Cape Cross along your way is an amazing sight and worth a visit. In the closer surroundings of the Erongo Mountains, today’s final destination, you will have the possibility to view the oldest rock engravings in Namibia (ca. 6000 years old).

Day 7
Etosha National Park

In the morning, you will depart to our next leg of the tour, which will bring us to Etosha National Park—one of the largest and most beautiful game parks in Africa. After checking in to your lodge, you will proceed for your first game drive. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to sit at the floodlight waterhole and hopefully view some of the night active animals like rhinos and lions.

Day 8

We will spend this day on game drives where you will have the opportunity to view elephants, giraffes, zebras and many other animal species.
At lunchtime, depart back to Namibia's capital- Windhoek. You will arrive late in the afternoon.
