Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

Early in the morning, your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at around 5:00am. You will begin a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Highlands on the way to the Serengeti. Along the route, you will pass Maasai villages, crater viewpoints and wildlife corridors.

After entering the Serengeti through Naabi Hill Gate, you will enjoy your first game drive across the vast savanna, searching for prides of lion, herds of wildebeest, giraffe and other iconic wildlife. You will stop for a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your exploration until sunset.

In the evening, you will arrive at the public campsite, where your chef will prepare a hot dinner for you to enjoy before spending the night under the stars in the camp.

We are flexible to change your accommodation, start location, and/ or arrange for a flight into Serengeti.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will embark on a 2-hour drive to Ngorongoro Crater.

The Ngorongoro Crater is a caldera, or collapsed volcano, that covers an area of 260 square kilometers. It includes a diverse range of habitats, including montane forests, grasslands, acacia forests, a salt lake, and swamps. Due to the diversity of the habitats on the crater floor and sides, an incredible number of different birds and animals, including the Big Five, call Ngorongoro Crater home. This provides visitors with spectacular game viewing in stunning surroundings.

Enjoy your lunch at the famous hippo pool and continue with a game drive until late afternoon, when you'll exit the park for your return to Arusha, Moshi, or the Airport.
