Your journey begins with a morning departure from Nairobi, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a stop at a viewpoint for breathtaking photos. Continue to Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch at your camp. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive in the reserve, home to an incredible diversity of wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, and vast herds of wildebeest. Masai Mara National Reserve

Spend a full day exploring the vast plains of Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. An early morning game drive increases your chances of spotting predators hunting. The reserve is also famous for the Great Migration (July–October), where millions of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild before continuing your game drive. Optional activities include a visit to a Maasai village to learn about their culture or a breathtaking hot air balloon safari at sunrise (at an extra cost).
