Depart Nairobi in the morning and travel to the Masai Mara in your private 4×4 Land Cruiser. Arrive at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge for lunch and check-in, with time to settle into your glass cottage before your afternoon game drive.

Explore the reserve’s open plains in search of lions, elephants, giraffes and other wildlife. Enjoy the freedom of a private safari, with time to pause at sightings and take photographs before returning to the lodge for dinner.

Masai Mara Full-day Game Drive

After breakfast, set out with a packed lunch for a full day exploring the Masai Mara in your private 4×4 Land Cruiser. With more time in the reserve, you can explore further and linger at wildlife sightings as you look for big cats, elephants, buffalo and plains game.

Pause for a picnic lunch at a designated spot before continuing your game drive through the afternoon.
You can begin the day with an optional sunrise hot-air balloon safari, arranged in advance at an additional cost. Your game-drive schedule will be adjusted around this activity.

After your afternoon game drive, you can also visit a Maasai village at an additional cost before returning to the lodge for dinner.

Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your city hotel or at the airport.
