1-Day Okavango Delta

• You'll be collected from the airport.

We will set off for our safari experience on a mokoro for a full day of viewing game and an abundance of bird species along Botswana’s most breathtaking scenery along the Okavango Channels. You need to have your cameras charged and ready to roll from the get-go, as we may spot interesting sightings at any point.

Depending on the wind and what we spot along our journey, we expect to arrive at our destination in the delta around lunchtime, where we will have a light picnic-style lunch. You will experience midday silence and the soothing smell of the bush as you relax in awe of the delta breeze. Your guide will share with you stories about the Okavango Delta, including its history and its critical role in this part of the ecosystem. We will then head back downstream for the second leg of our delta experience, where we expect to spot more sightings. Our expected time of arrival is 5 pm.
