Upon your arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our representative and skilled driver guides will warmly welcome you. They will accompany you to your accommodation in Arusha City, where you can unwind and make necessary preparations for the thrilling moments to come. If weather conditions permit, you will be treated to a breathtaking sight of Mount Meru and the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, the shy beauty in the distance.

Day 2
Drive from Arusha City to Tarangire National Park

This is the day when your adventure begins! Our best guide will meet you at your hotel at around 6:30 am, he will greet you, and give you the brief of the day and you will both drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds.
From the open roof of the vehicle, you will experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and Tarangire River in search of many animals including zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe. Enjoy a mid-day lunch by the picnic site where small monkeys will try to scare you off your meal.
After a full day in the park, you will drive to the lodge located in Karatu Town, where you will be able to relax and enjoy dinner and have an overnight stay.

In this day, after early breakfast, embark on an exciting journey towards the Serengeti, starting with a scenic drive. As you pass through the misty rainforests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, keep an eye out for fascinating wildlife like cape buffalo, baboons, elephants, and leopards hidden in the lush vegetation. The drive to the Serengeti park gates takes approximately four hours, and you have the option to enhance your experience with two activities: Oldupai Gorge Museum and Maasai boma visit. Witness captivating Maasai dances, take a tour of the village, and browse the local market for authentic souvenirs.
After a delightful lunch at the Serengeti National Park picnic area, get ready to discover the awe-inspiring Serengeti itself. Witness the iconic savannah landscape and marvel at the abundant wildlife that roams freely across the vast grassy plains. Conclude your day with a scrumptious dinner and spend the night at Embalakai Serengeti Camp.

After early breakfast, we begin our journey back to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This time, we take a different route through the Serengeti, providing ample opportunities to spot the elusive animals you may have missed on the previous day. As you gaze across the landscape, an incredible sight unfolds before you: vast herds of animals stretching as far as the eye can see. Witness the awe-inspiring migration of wildebeests and zebras, graceful giraffes towering above the grasslands, agile antelopes and gazelles leaping through the plains, and the majestic African elephant. However, the most revered creatures are the predators. Keep your eyes peeled for the sleek cheetahs and elusive leopards, scavenging hyenas, and, the ultimate ruler, the lion. Prepare to be captivated by the raw power and beauty of these magnificent animals as they roam their kingdom. End your day with a delightful dinner and overnight at the rim of the crater.
