Nairobi- Lake Nakuru

Nairobi- Lake Nakuru

You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning and taken to Lake Nakuru, where you will stay until lunchtime. In the afternoon, you'll go on a safari. During the dry season, Lake Nakuru attracts a large number of flamingos. The park is also home to the largest rhino population in all of Kenya. At an altitude of 1,754 meters above sea level, Lake Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley soda lakes. Lake Nakuru National Park safeguards the area to its south in the rift valley of Kenya. The lake's famed flamingo population was once attracted by the algae bloom that covered its surface. Warthogs, baboons, and other large mammals also fare quite well there. White rhinoceroses from the south and eastern black rhinoceroses from Africa are also now present. Dinner and Overnight Stay at Sopa Lodge.

About 1,510 square kilometers (583 square miles) make up the Maasai Mara National Reserve (MMNR) in southwestern Kenya. Located in northern Tanzania and western Kenya, it is the northernmost part of the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem. To the south is Serengeti National Park, to the west is the Siria escarpment, and to the north, east, and west are Maasai pastoral ranches.
