Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up in Arusha and a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Enter the park and begin your first game drive through landscapes famous for ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds. Explore the park’s diverse habitats while looking for lions, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, buffaloes and many other species. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon game drive. Later, exit the park and drive to Twiga Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the African bush.

Begin your game drive through lush forests, open grasslands and areas surrounding the alkaline lake. The park is home to elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, baboons, hippos and numerous bird species. You may also have the chance to see Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the safari and continue exploring until later afternoon. Drive to Twiga Campsite for dinner and overnight stay.

The journey takes you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with spectacular highland scenery before descending towards the vast Serengeti plains. Enter Serengeti and begin an afternoon game drive, searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras and wildebeest. The endless plains provide exceptional opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography. As the sun begins to set, continue to Dik Dik Public Campsite, where you will enjoy dinner and spend the night under the African sky.

Afterward, continue your safari towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying wildlife and dramatic landscapes along the way. Depending on the route and wildlife activity, you may have additional game-viewing opportunities before leaving Serengeti. Arrive at Simba A Public Campsite in the evening, located near the crater rim. Enjoy dinner and relax while preparing for tomorrow’s Ngorongoro Crater adventure.

After an early breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive. The crater floor is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater while surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Continue the game drive before ascending the crater in the afternoon. Leave the conservation area and drive back to Arusha, arriving later in the day. Check in at your accommodation and enjoy a relaxing evening in Arusha.

Meet local villagers and discover the traditional coffee-making process, from freshly picked beans to roasting and preparing your own cup. Enjoy the authentic cultural experience before continuing to Chemka Hot Springs, a beautiful natural pool surrounded by greenery. Take time to swim, relax and enjoy lunch before beginning the journey back towards Kilimanjaro International Airport. Depending on your flight schedule, depart for the airport in the late afternoon or evening for your onward journey.
