Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or airport in the morning and drive to Amboseli National Park, less than a 5-hour drive. Amboseli is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape and open plains. Amboseli is also one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here, ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli to wetlands with sulfur springs, the savannah, and woodlands. You will arrive with a game drive and proceed to your lodge. Check into your hotel, have lunch, and have a short rest. Enjoy afternoon game drives in the park, marvelling at the African sunset.
Dinner and your overnight stay are at the Kibo Safari Camp.

Amboseli National Park to Aberdare National Park
Depart Amboseli after breakfast. Our destination today is the Aberdare National Park. You will have lunch at the Aberdare Country Club and set off for The Ark, a tree lodge in the forest on the Aberdare Mountain mountain slopes at 2,100m (7,000ft). This outstanding lodge offers high-altitude game viewing, including animals rarely encountered elsewhere— giant forest hog, bush pig, tree hyrax, large spotted genet, and the elusive bongo. Wildlife can be observed from different levels at the hotel: from outside, where you can see, hear and smell everything, and inside, where you can sit with a cup of tea and stay warm and cosy. If your favourite animals appear, you can request to be woken up at night! A herd of elephants might be just feet away, and if you are lucky, a leopard or significant male lion might appear.
Dinner and overnight stay are at The Ark.

Aberdare National Park to Lake Nakuru National Park
Lake Nakuru National Park is the destination today. The park's lake is well known for hundreds of thousands of flamingos. After breakfast, we drive through the Great Rift Valley, stopping at one of the highest towns in Kenya, Nyahururu, at an elevation of 2,350m (7,700ft). The main attraction here is the 236-foot Thomson Falls, part of the Ewaso Nyiro River. These cascading falls tumble to the thick forest below. After lunch at the lodge, an afternoon game drive is planned where you could encounter both the white and black rhino and Rothschild giraffe, and it is almost guaranteed to see the elusive leopard here!

Masai Mara National Reserve
You will enjoy an early breakfast and a full day in the reserve with a picnic lunch break out in the wild. The Masai Mara plains are full of wildebeest during the migration season from early July to October. Zebras, impalas, topis, giraffes, Thomson gazelles, leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals, and bat-eared foxes are some of the favourite wildlife to look for. Black rhinos are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance if you are lucky. Hippos are abundant in the Mara River, as are enormous Nile crocodiles, who wait for a meal as the wildebeest have to cross the river during their annual quest to find new pastures.
Later, you will return to Zebra Plains Mara Camp for an arranged bush walk in the evening, guided by an experienced and knowledgeable guide in a wildlife conservation area. You will get to see the animals and plants of the region up close and learn about their habits and behaviours.
Return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
