Upon arrival in Windhoek, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide from People’s Tours and Safaris Namibia and transferred to The Elegant Guest House, or a similar comfortable accommodation. After some time to relax and freshen up from your journey, your guide will provide a short orientation about the safari ahead.
If time and energy allow, you may enjoy a relaxed orientation drive through Windhoek, passing some of the city's historic landmarks and gaining your first impression of Namibia’s capital.
In the evening, dinner can be arranged at one of Windhoek’s excellent restaurants. Your guide will be happy to recommend some of the best local dining spots and assist with reservations to ensure you enjoy a pleasant first evening in Namibia.

Day 2
Windhoek to Kalahari Desert

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at The Elegant Guest House, your guide will meet you in the lobby at around 09:00 a.m. You will then depart Windhoek and travel south-east towards the Kalahari Desert, one of Namibia’s most beautiful semi-desert landscapes, characterized by its rolling red sand dunes and golden grasslands.
You will arrive at Kalahari Anib Lodge, or a similar lodge, in time for lunch. After lunch, you can relax and enjoy the lodge facilities while taking in the peaceful desert surroundings.
In the late afternoon, you will join a guided nature drive in an open safari vehicle led by the lodge’s experienced guide. During the drive, explore the breathtaking red dunes of the Kalahari and keep an eye out for wildlife such as oryx, springbok, ostrich, and other desert-adapted species. The experience is completed with a beautiful sundowner stop, where you can enjoy the spectacular colors of the Kalahari sunset.
After the drive, return to the lodge.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will depart the Kalahari region and travel towards one of Namibia’s most iconic highlights, the Namib-Naukluft National Park, home to some of the world’s highest sand dunes and breathtaking desert landscapes. Lunch will be enjoyed en route as you continue your scenic journey through Namibia’s vast open plains.
You will arrive at Namib Desert Lodge, or a similar lodge, in the mid-afternoon, where you will stay for two nights. After check-in, take some time to relax and enjoy the stunning desert surroundings.
If time permits, your guide will take you on a short nature drive or to a nearby geological attraction to introduce you to the remarkable landscapes of the Namib Desert. You may also visit Sesriem Canyon, a fascinating natural gorge carved by the.

This morning begins with an early wake-up call. After meeting your guide in the lobby, you will enjoy coffee or tea with traditional rusks before departing for an unforgettable excursion into the Namib-Naukluft National Park.
An early departure is essential to reach the Sossusvlei gate ahead of the crowds and to experience the dunes at their most magical moment. As the sun rises, the soft morning light and dramatic shadows beautifully highlight the towering shapes and curves of the dunes creating perfect conditions for photography.
During the excursion, you will explore the spectacular Sossusvlei and Deadvlei, surrounded by some of the highest sand dunes in the world. Adventurous travelers may climb the famous Big Daddy Dune, one of the tallest dunes in the area, rewarding you with breathtaking panoramic views across the endless desert landscape.

Namib Naukluft Park to Swakopmund

Today you will enjoy a scenic drive northwest through the spectacular and ever-changing desert landscapes of the Namib-Naukluft National Park. The journey takes you through dramatic mountain scenery and deep desert canyons, including the impressive Gaub Pass and Kuiseb Canyon, as you travel via the historic Kuiseb Pass, once used by early explorers and traders crossing the Namib Desert.
This fascinating route offers incredible panoramic views of the stark beauty and vastness of the Namib Desert before you eventually reach the Atlantic coast at the port town of Walvis Bay. Along the lagoon you may see large flocks of flamingos, pelicans, and other coastal birdlife, making it a wonderful stop for photographs From Walvis Bay, continue north along the scenic coastline to the charming seaside town of Swakopmund, where you will spend the next two nights. Known for its German colonial architecture relaxed seaside atmosphere and cool coastal climate.

This morning you will depart from Swakopmund for Walvis Bay to experience one of Namibia’s most spectacular coastal adventures. Upon arrival at the Walvis Bay Waterfront, you will meet your local 4×4 guide and check in at 08:00 for your half-day Sandwich Harbour excursion, departing at 08:30.
Before departure, your guide will provide a short briefing about the route, safety, and the unique environment of the Namib Desert meeting the Atlantic Ocean. The adventure then begins as you travel in a 4×4 vehicle across the coastal dune belt of the Dorob National Park, where towering golden dunes dramatically plunge into the ocean.
Along the way, you will stop at scenic viewpoints to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes, take photos, and learn about the unique desert ecosystem. With a bit of luck, you may also spot wildlife such as oryx, jackals, springbok, and a variety of coastal birdlife. During the excursion, your guide will serve light refreshments.

Swakopmund to Damaraland

Today you continue your safari north and east into the remarkable landscapes of Damaraland, one of Namibia’s most dramatic and culturally rich regions. As you travel through this rugged terrain, you will enjoy ever-changing scenery of open plains, rocky mountains, and ancient valleys that make this area truly unforgettable.
Along the way, you will pass Brandberg Mountain, Namibia’s highest peak, rising 2,573 meters above sea level. This majestic massif dominates the surrounding desert landscape and is home to many ancient rock paintings, including the famous White Lady. Your guide will stop at scenic viewpoints where you can admire the vast landscapes and, with a bit of luck, spot wildlife such as oryx, springbok, and desert-adapted elephants that roam this remote region.
A picnic lunch will be served en route as you continue through the heart of Damaraland, taking time to appreciate the dramatic scenery and the silence of this untamed wilderness.

Damaraland to Kamanjab (Himba Village)

After breakfast, you will continue your safari journey toward Kamanjab and Oppi-Koppi Rest Camp. Along the way, you will stop to visit the Petrified Forest, located about 42 km from Khorixas. This fascinating geological site features massive fossilized tree trunks that are estimated to be over 260 million years old, offering a remarkable glimpse into Namibia’s ancient natural history.
After exploring the area with your guide, you will continue your scenic drive through the rugged landscapes of northwestern Namibia. A lunch stop will be enjoyed en route as you make your way toward Kamanjab.
You will arrive at Oppi-Koppi Rest Camp in the mid-afternoon. After check-in and some time to settle into your accommodation, you will meet your guide again in the main area for a special cultural experience.

Day 9
Kamanjab (Himba Village) to Etosha National Park

After breakfast, you will depart from Kamanjab and continue your safari toward the world-famous Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. The drive takes you through scenic northern Namibian landscapes before arriving at the park early in the afternoon.
Upon arrival at your lodge inside or near the park, you will settle into your accommodation before heading to the main lodge area for a light lunch.
Later in the afternoon, you will set off in your private safari vehicle with your guide for an exciting game-viewing drive in Etosha National Park. The park is renowned for its vast salt pan and numerous waterholes that attract a wide variety of wildlife, especially during the dry season.
During the game drive, your guide will take you to some of the famous waterholes, where animals gather to drink. With a bit of luck, you may spot predators such as lions or leopards, while sightings of zebras, giraffes, elephants, rhinos, and many species of antelope.

Today is dedicated to a full day of exciting game viewing as you explore the central section of Etosha National Park in your private safari vehicle. To make the most of the day, you will start early. The park gates open at sunrise, and after enjoying a delicious early breakfast, you will set off on your morning game drive.
Early mornings are often the most rewarding time for wildlife viewing, as many predators such as lions, leopards, and hyenas are still active after the night’s hunting. With some luck, you may even encounter predators finishing a hunt or feeding on their prey. As you travel through the park, your guide will take you to several waterholes and wildlife-rich areas, where animals gather to drink.
Throughout the day, keep an eye out for Etosha’s diverse wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, springbok, oryx, and many other species of antelope, as well as a wide variety of birdlife.

Day 11

After a scrumptious breakfast, you will check out and begin your journey back to Windhoek. As you leave Etosha National Park, keep your eyes open for a few final wildlife sightings before exiting the park.
The drive south takes you through the beautiful Namibian countryside. Lunch will be enjoyed en route as you continue toward the capital city.
If time allows, you may stop in the small town of Okahandja, well known for its woodcarving craft market, where local artisans sell a wide variety of handmade souvenirs and traditional craft You will arrive back in Windhoek in the late afternoon, where your guide will drop you off at your accommodation. If the Windhoek city tour was not done on your arrival day.

Today after breakfast, your guide will collect you from your accommodation and transfer you back to the airport.
