2-Day Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari and Rhino Tracking

Depart Kampala/ Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park

After an early morning breakfast, you will be picked up by our company representative, who will be your driver guide, who will brief you about your trip and start off with your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, you will go straight to the top of the falls, where you will see a narrow gorge about 7 meters wide where the water squeezes itself through, falling 43 meters, creating the violent waterfalls known as the Murchison Falls. You will then proceed for a game drive where you will see animals like the elephants, buffalo, Uganda kobs, giraffes, warthogs, and lions. You will later proceed for lunch and go for a boat cruise on the Nile. While on the cruise, you will see animals like buffalo, elephants, hippopotamus, sometimes crocodiles, and antelopes. You will go up to the bottom of the falls. Later, you'll return to your lodge after the cruise for dinner and an overnight stay.

Depart Murchison to Ziwa for Rhino Tracking

After an early morning breakfast at your lodge, you'll check out and embark on your transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Upon arrival at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, you will be given a security briefing on the guidelines you have to follow during the tracking of the Rhinos. Once the briefing is done, the rangers allocated to your group will lead you into the bush to search for the white rhinos. Upon sight of them, you will be allowed some time with them before you embark on your return to reunite with your driver-guide. You will then get back into your vehicle and hit the road again to proceed with the journey to Kampala or Entebbe with our lunch en route. You will arrive in Entebbe at around 5:00 pm EAT. You will either be dropped off at your hotel or airport for your departure flight, depending on your program.
