Your safari adventure begins today! You will be picked up by our driver from your hotel in Zanzibar and driven to the airport for your flight to Arusha Airport. You will fly for an hour in a small plane to Arusha and our safari manager will be waiting for you at the airport to welcome you in Arusha and give a glimpse explanation about your 5-day safari. Later our professional safari guide will pick you up from Arusha Airport and drive you for 2 hours to Tarangire National Park.
The park is well-known for its large elephant herds and abundance of ancient baobab trees (the largest trees on the continent). From the open roof of the vehicle, you will experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and Tarangire River which is full of wildlife ranging from a large variety of birds to giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs and elephants. Later, you will drive to your campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
In the morning, you'll be heading to Lake Manyara where you will enjoy a game drive all day. Lake Manyara is known for its breathtaking panoramic views, waterfalls, babbling brooks with clear water, and hot springs. Lake Manyara National Park is located between the rocks of the Great Rift Valley and Lake Manyara. The beauty of this park is partly due to the large variety of wildlife, grasslands, forests, and water. Lake Manyara has one of the largest populations of water birds, with over 400 species, including flamingos and pelicans. There are also large herds of elephants, giraffes, hippos, water buffalos, and of course the impalas. At the end of the afternoon, you will arrive at Jambo Lodge and Campsite where you will have dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park to Serengeti National Park
On this day, you will leave after breakfast and head towards the Serengeti. After a 4-hour drive, you will arrive at the Serengeti. After lunch, you'll do a game drive all afternoon in this beautiful park. The Serengeti is known for its endless plains of savannah and forest landscapes. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and followers, thousands of predators are moving because of the drought in the northern hills to the southern plains. After the rains in mid-April, they go back via a detour through the western part. At the end of the afternoon, you'll arrive at the campsite in the middle of the Serengeti. Your tent will be prepared and in the evening the chef will cook a nice dinner for you.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
On day 4, you will do an early morning game drive in Serengeti. In the afternoon, you will be heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will have dinner and your overnight stay at Simba Campsite.
Today, you will get your first sight of the spectacular, incomparable Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and the heart of the Conservation Area of the same name. But before that, you will have another morning game drive in the amazing Serengeti, marveling at its animal inhabitants. It's another day of adventure, another day to enjoy wildlife.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha to Zanzibar
You will descend to Ngorongoro caldera.
We have kept the best for the last day. After your breakfast with views of the crater, your 4-wheel drive vehicle will take you 2000ft down to the crater.
The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest volcanic caldera at 8300sq km. It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world. Not only because of its geological magnificence but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa's largest populations of large mammals. After lunch, you will depart the park and initiate the return to Arusha or Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport.
