Welcome to Tanzania! On arrival at the airport, you’ll be warmly received and transferred to your hotel. Along the way, you may choose to take a scenic drive through Arusha, where you can experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere, visit local highlights, and make any last-minute preparations for your safari.

Later in the evening, you’ll receive a comprehensive briefing about your upcoming adventure. If you wish to unwind in nature, an optional excursion to Lake Duluti is available. This peaceful volcanic crater lake, surrounded by lush forest, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing walk and serene lakeside views.

Day 2

Your day begins at 7:00 AM with a hotel pickup and introduction to your safari guide. From there, you'll enjoy a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its dramatic landscapes, ancient baobab trees, and impressive elephant herds. On arrival, you'll set out on a game drive, following routes guided by recent wildlife sightings to maximize your chances of spotting elephants, giraffes, lions, and other iconic species.

Around midday, you’ll pause for a packed lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site, where you can dine with views of the river and surrounding wildlife. Curious monkeys and baboons may make an appearance, adding a touch of excitement to the experience.

After lunch, you'll continue exploring the park’s diverse habitats during an afternoon game drive. At approximately 4:30 PM, depart the park and transfer to Hhando Coffee Lodge, where you can unwind and enjoy a relaxing evening in comfortable surroundings.

Day 3

After a delightful breakfast, you'll take time to relax at the lodge and observe the wildlife in the surrounding area.

Later, you will set out on a guided excursion beyond Lake Manyara, where you’ll visit local banana and rice plantations for an authentic insight into the region’s farming traditions. You’ll also spend time with nearby communities, discovering their rich culture, traditional crafts, and daily way of life.

For added adventure, optional activities such as canoeing, cycling through scenic landscapes, or visiting nearby waterfalls are available.

In the evening, you will return to the lodge to unwind and reflect on the day’s enriching experiences.

Day 4

After breakfast at Hhando Coffee Lodge, you'll embark on a thrilling full-day safari in the iconic Ngorongoro Crater. This World Heritage Site is a wildlife haven, known for the Big Five and stunning landscapes.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the world's UNESCO Heritage sites and one of the Natural wonders of Africa. It consists of the largest, uninterrupted caldera in the world, and about 30,000 large mammals reside here year-round, including buffalo, lions, elephants, leopards, zebras and rhinos. Be ready to see many varieties of wild animals here within a minute.

In the late afternoon, you'll exit the crater and head to Mbuni Serengeti Camp in Central Serengeti. Here, you can unwind, share safari stories and prepare for the adventures ahead. You'll enjoy a comfortable night's rest, ready for more exploration tomorrow.

Day 5

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will begin your first full day game drive in the Serengeti. You will spend the day exploring the endless plains, with your eyes focused on wildlife. As you continue through the park, you will have the chance to see large herds of wildebeest and other animals moving across the plains.

The Serengeti is also an excellent place to see the big cats up close. You may have the chance to see lions, leopards and cheetahs in their natural habitat. The park is also home to many predators such as hyenas and jackals, which can often be seen following the herds or searching for their next meal.

Later in the day, you will continue with your game drive until evening before returning to camp for your overnight stay.
