Day 2

After your morning breakfast, it's time to leave Serengeti for Ngorongoro. Descending about 600 meters into the crater, you'll step into the essence of Africa, like a scene from days gone by. Here, you'll explore a crater known as Africa's "Garden of Eden," home to a thriving wildlife population.

You'll be in a specially designed 4x4 vehicle for the best game viewing experience. Look out for the famous Big Five: elephants, buffalos, leopards, black-maned lions, and elusive black rhinoceros. Also, keep an eye on hyenas, jackals, elegant flamingos, and yawning hippos.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of this ancient volcanic crater, near the hippo pool. As evening approaches, you will head to Angata Ngorongoro Simba Campsite for a delicious dinner and a peaceful night's rest.

Day 3

After your morning breakfast, you'll head down into the lively Ngorongoro Crater with your lunch box for an extensive wildlife safari. This crater is home to 30,000 animals, including the elusive black rhinos.

In this unique ecosystem, you'll encounter a diverse array of wildlife, from wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, and warthogs to the peaceful presence of hippos and majestic elephants. The park is also home to various predators like lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards.

As the late afternoon approaches, you'll ascend from the crater floor and begin your journey back to Arusha for your overnight stay.

Prepare to be amazed when you reach the magnificent 80-meter-high waterfall, where you can take a refreshing swim in a crystal-clear pool. After relishing this natural paradise, you'll leisurely return to Materuni Village to savor a traditional Chagga lunch. Don't miss the opportunity to taste our local banana beer, Mbege, for a truly authentic and unique flavor.

But the adventure doesn't end there! Next, you'll dive into the captivating coffee experience. You'll learn about the art of coffee cultivation, drying, roasting, and other processes. You will join in the coffee grinding process while enjoying lively Chagga songs and dances, making it a delightful way to fully immerse yourself in the local culture. Later this afternoon, you will depart to Zanzibar.
