You will depart from Nairobi and travel west toward the Masai Mara National Reserve, taking in the scenic beauty of the Great Rift Valley escarpments along the way. The first stop will be at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. The journey continues to Narok Town for a hot lunch before proceeding to the reserve. Full-Day Game Drives in Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will embark on a full-day game drive across the stunning Masai Mara savannah, renowned for its rolling hills and abundant wildlife. At dawn, guests have the option to experience a hot air balloon safari—a breathtaking way to witness the sunrise over the plains (additional cost applies). The reserve is famous for the annual wildebeest migration between July and September, and with some luck, you may encounter the Big Five. Masai Village Visit & Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, you may choose to visit a Maasai village at an additional cost of $20 per person to experience the rich culture and traditions of the Maasai people. Afterwards, you will depart from the Masai Mara National Reserve and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon game drive in search of rhinos—with some luck, you may spot both the black and white species as you explore the park’s diverse landscapes. Depending on the season, you may also witness the beautiful spectacle of flamingos along the lake’s shoreline, though their presence is not guaranteed, as they are migratory birds. Dinner and overnight stay will be at your mid-range city hotel in Nakuru.

Departure from Diani Beach & Train Experience

After breakfast, you will have a few hours to prepare for check-out and ensure everything is in order. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m., but you may continue enjoying the hotel’s amenities until departure. At 12:30 p.m., our driver will transfer for 2hrs to the SGR train station for your 3:00 p.m. scenic train to Nairobi, arriving at approximately 8:00 p.m. The SGR journey offers a memorable experience through Kenya’s countryside and Tsavo National Park. (The wildlife scenery is not guaranteed) Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the station and transfer you either to your Nairobi hotel or directly to the airport. For guests with limited time, a one-hour domestic flight can be arranged instead. The difference will not exceed $80 per person for the flight option. The train offers a richer travel experience, while the flight provides convenience, depending on your schedule and preference.
