Day 1

Arusha - Tarangire NP

After breakfast, you will be picked up by the driver-guide with a 4x4 vehicle and head to Tarangire National Park for a wildlife-viewing tour. The drive to the park takes about 2 hours. You will begin your morning by discovering this reserve and contemplating its landscapes, its baobabs, and the fauna that surrounds it. See families of elephants and other animals such as lions, zebras and giraffes.

The park is famous for large herds of elephants and baobab trees and the astonishing landscape which includes hills and Lake Burunge. You will have a picnic lunch at the park's picnic site. Later in the evening, you will drive to Tarangire Public Campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will board a 4x4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof and depart on a full-day game viewing in Serengeti National Park with hot picnic lunch boxes. You will have the chance to explore Africa’s top national park. Serengeti is home to the famous annual Serengeti wildebeest migration. It is among one of the most famous wild animal sanctuaries on earth.

Serengeti National Park offers an excellent view of a multitude of wildlife, including everything from lions, wildebeests, buffaloes, zebras and several species of antelopes to giraffes and baboons. The birdlife also includes many species, including birds of prey. You will enjoy the sunset in the savannah of Africa. Later in the evening, you will drive to Nyani Camping Site for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

On your first awakening in this park, you can simply enjoy the rising of the sun over the savannah that surrounds you. See the zebras and wildebeest close to you. While having breakfast prepared by our site chef, you will have a view of the wild animals. After breakfast, you will depart for the full day for the chance to explore Africa’s top national park.

Serengeti is home to the famous annual wildebeest migration. The park offers an excellent view of a multitude of wildlife all year round, including everything from herbivores, carnivores and birds of prey among many others. You will surely cross the path of several lions and other animals. You will see why this park is magical. At noon, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and overnight at Simba Camping Bivouac which is set at the crater rim.

Day 4

You will have an early breakfast and then descend into the Ngorongoro Crater which will award you with a chance to view animals while they are still active. The crater, one of its kind in the world and part of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, hosts the rare black rhinoceros and many other species. The crater supports a vast variety of wild animals which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, African buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephant.

Another big drawcard to this picturesque national park is its dense population of African big cat predators which include lions, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, and the ever-elusive leopards which sometimes require trained eyes to spot. Enjoy lunch at the picnic site. At late noon, you will exit the crater and drive back to Arusha to the hotel or lodge (your own booking).
