3-Day Zanzibar to Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Serengeti National Park

You will arrive at Seronera Airstrip at approximately 11:00am. Upon arrival, you will have a safari guide with a packed picnic lunch ready to take you on the safari. You will embark on your safari, stopping at around 1:00pm for lunch. You will continue with your game drive, searching for the big cats of Serengeti and other ungulates. You will drive back to the campsite in time for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Following breakfast, you will begin your day with an early morning game drive, allowing you to witness nocturnal predators returning from their hunts and observe animals awakening in the soft morning light. Subsequently, you will continue with another game drive before returning to the camp for lunch. Following this, you will retrieve your luggage and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will enjoy dinner and spend the night at the accommodation on the crater's rim.

Ngorongoro Crater

Following an early breakfast, your adventure continues with a truly unique game drive within the Ngorongoro Crater, often hailed as one of the world's most astonishing natural wonders. This crater is the largest intact volcanic caldera globally, serving as a natural haven for some of Africa's most concentrated wildlife populations. It is one of the few places to observe the elusive black rhino in its natural habitat. Given the high crater walls, relatively few animals migrate in and out, ensuring an opportunity to spot an array of wildlife, including lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, numerous bird species, and possibly even the Big Five if luck is on your side. After a satisfying lunch, you ascend from the crater floor and return to your camp to collect your belongings before driving back to Arusha. From there, you will catch your flight at Zanzibar Airport, marking the conclusion of your remarkable safari.
