From there, we proceed to Tarangire National Park for a game drive, enjoying a picnic lunch within the park's vibrant surroundings. Tarangire is famous for its vast elephant population and iconic baobab trees, playing a crucial role in the annual migratory cycle of thousands of elephants, wildebeest, and zebras. The park's allure extends to its concentrated predator population, featuring lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, occasionally requiring a keen eye to spot. Explore Lake Magadi, a picturesque alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, known for its flamingos, hippos, and various water birds. In the late afternoon, transfer to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay, or opt for an airport drop-off (accommodation available upon request at an extra cost).
