Arusha - Serengeti National Park

Arusha - Serengeti National Park

Pick up from your Hotel in Arusha at early Morning and Drive to the Serengeti (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq mile’s). The Serengeti National Park is arguably the most impressive wildlife sanctuary in the world. Game drives are designed to take you close to the wildlife rich spots. This gives you an opportunity to view wild animals in their natural habitat as they go about their daily activities. As the day cools and the sky is streaked by red gold and orange hues you may be surprised by the roar of a lion, a galloping giraffe, or the high pitched giggling of hyenas fighting over a kill. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Public Campsite.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Highlands

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Highlands

We start the Game Drive first thing early in the morning after a cup of coffee. You will find the Serengeti at its most active at this time. This is when Africa can reveal its cool side so you should wrap up warm (we aim to be on the road before the sun rises at around 6.00 am). Few predators hunt during the heat of the day, so the early morning is the best time to observe the thrill of the chase. It is also a magical time, with the subtle light dappling the landscape, the birds awakening and the sense of a great adventure beginning to unfold. We'll return to the camp for a brunch. And depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.
