Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will check in and pass through security where officials will verify your documents. At the exit, a Kojuu Safaris driver-guide holding a sign with your name will greet you, assist with your luggage, and transfer you to Arusha city. Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver-guide will help with check-in while the porter carries your luggage to your room. After freshening up from your flight, you’ll head to the restaurant for dinner. Afterwards, you can relax in the hotel facilities, take photos, or retire to your room for rest.

After breakfast, you will drive 2 hours to Tarangire National Park, located 120 km from Arusha in Tanzania’s Northern Circuit. Though the sixth largest park, Tarangire offers incredible birdwatching year-round and a unique safari experience. Ideal for explorers, you’ll traverse savannahs observing small creatures and abundant wildlife. In the evening, return to your tented lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

The park features lush groundwater forests, open plains, acacia woodlands, and the striking backdrop of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. It is also famous for its tree-climbing lions, flocks of flamingos, and rich birdlife. As you descend into this natural amphitheater, you’ll experience close-up encounters with wildlife set against a backdrop of lush plains and shimmering soda lakes, earning its reputation as “Africa’s Garden of Eden.” After a day filled with awe-inspiring sights, you’ll ascend from the crater and begin your transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
