Airport – Mukuru Eco Tented Camps
Pick from Airport or Arusha town transfer to Mukuru Eco Tented Camps this takes about 1:30hrs to 2hrs to arrive at our Camp. When arrive at our Camp warm welcomes awaits you at the Camp. After a Camp tour and a little refreshment, you can settle into your room. After a short break enjoy a bush experience with a guided walk, learning about the local flora and fauna this take about 2 to 3hrs. After this experience you will have short break waiting for your dinner, after dinner you will gather around a campfire for storytelling and stargazing.
Maasai Goat BBQ – For Extra Cost
Enjoy some traditionally roasted goat meat around the campfire and learn which part is eaten (or not eaten!) by whom in Maasai society. You can combine the BBQ very well with a Maasai Story Telling.

After breakfast the guide will pick visit a family of our Mukuru community in their Boma (household) and get authentic insight to Maasai life off the touristic paths. Join in everyday tasks of the women, have a chat with the elder or play with the kids. We rotate the families our guests visit. At around 13:00hrs you will break for Lunch. After lunch rest and relax at our Camp. Around 03:00hrs the guide will pick you walk to the bush where you will learn to play some traditional Maasai group games and test your reflexes! Most fun if you come with a group as well
Maasai Dance – For Extra Cost
Maasai dance is of traditional importance. It is probably the only dance style in Tanzania whereby dancers move vertically as opposed to the conventional horizontal, sideways or spinning dancing movements. Also unlike for many traditional African dances, drums are not associated with Maasai dances. The dances are performed during celebrations and during rituals.

Mukuru – Arusha National Park - Mukuru
Early in the morning you will be picked from Camp drive to Arusha National Park. The park (137km²), has terrain ranging from open savannah through acacia scrublands to Afro-montane cloud and rain forest and Afro-alpine vegetation similar to Mount Kilimanjaro.
The park and the town derive their name from Wa-Arusha people who traditionally live in this area. The Ngurdoto Crater, Momela Lakes, the highland montane forest, and the rugged Mount Meru (4575m) are the four distinctive features of the park. Although small, the park has a wealth of wildlife including Columbus monkeys, vervet monkeys, bushbucks, buffaloes, red forest duikers, hippos, elephants, and giraffes. Birdlife, especially waterfowl, is abundant and interesting. Later afternoon drive to the Camp for Dinner and overnight.

Mukuru – Tarangi:re Park - Karatu
After early breakfast pick up from the Mukuru eco tented camps with your packed lunch drive to Tarangire National Park for game viewing. At 1300 hrs take your lunch in the park picnic area, after lunch continue with afternoon game drive at the park, Evening drive to Karatu for your Dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After breakfast, drive from your Camp/Hostel to Ngorongoro Crater; descend into the crater floor with your lunch box for game viewing. The famous Ngorongoro Crater is rich of wildlife, each species has their own territories. Your packed lunch will be served on the crater floor at the picnic site near Lerai forest or hippo pool. Late afternoon ascends the crater drive back to Arusha and transfer to Airport.
