1-Day Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari from Kigali, Rwanda

Your 1-Day Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari begins at 2:30 AM with pickup from your Kigali hotel by a professional driver-guide. Be ready with your packed lunch, drinking water, and appropriate trekking gear (hiking boots, rain jacket, long trousers). Enjoy a scenic cross-border drive to Bwindi/Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in southwestern Uganda.

On arrival, you’ll be assigned a gorilla family and guided by a senior ranger into the forest. The trek can last 2 to 8 hours depending on the gorillas’ location. Once found, spend a magical hour observing them in their natural habitat.

After the trek, return to the starting point to meet your driver and begin the journey back to Rwanda. You’ll arrive in Kigali in the late evening, with drop-off at your hotel—ending a truly unforgettable day. End of Tour.
