1-Day Gorilla Tracking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

• A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.

Our driver-guide will meet you in Kisoro at your hotel or bus stop at 6:00 AM and transfer you to Mgahinga National Park. Upon arrival, you will join other trackers for a briefing and entertainment session.

After the briefing, you will be assigned a gorilla family to track, accompanied by experienced rangers and trackers. Before heading into the jungle, you will be provided with a packed lunch and drinking water to sustain you during the trek.

Once you encounter the gorillas, you will spend at least one hour with them. We kindly request that you follow all the set rules and regulations to ensure a safe and successful gorilla trekking experience.

After the trek, you will return to the starting point where your guide will be waiting. From there, you will be transferred to your next destination in Kisoro or any other agreed location.
