Arusha to Serengeti National Park (Fly)

Your journey begins as we land at Arusha Airport. Meet and greet our guide, set off for air transfer to Seronera Airstrip. Meet and greet our driver guide, we set off on our game drive in the heart of Serengeti. We embark on a game drive that will last until the sun sets. The Serengeti boasts vast savannas and forest landscapes, making it a popular tourist destination. Its most famous feature is the annual migration of over 1.5 million herbivores and predators, who are forced to move due to drought in the northern hills. By the end of the day, we reach Serengeti Safari Lodge where we will have dinner and spend the night.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro highlands

The second day of our trip begins as we leave the lodge with an early-morning game drive through the Serengeti southwards. In the afternoon, we will exit the park via Naabi hill gate and make our way to the Ngorongoro highlands. Our lodging for the night will be at Ngorongoro Safari Lodge, conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the crater rim. This lodge boasts breathtaking views of the pristine high montane forest, with Mount Oldeani and Mount Makarot in the distance.

Ngorongoro crater game drive to Arusha

We rise at the crack of dawn and have breakfast at the lodge before embarking on our journey to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. We descend down the famous crater, known as the largest intact crater in the world, it is home to an estimated 30,000 large mammals. We enjoy a game drive in the crater floor and picnic lunch near the hippo pool. As the day progresses, we ascend from the crater and make our way back to Arusha and will transfer to airport for departure.
