Day 1

07:30 hrs. We will pick you up from your Nairobi Hotel, residence, or the Nairobi airport. We’ll head out in your private 4 x 4 Jeep, on the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway. This is a relaxing drive through African savannah country, with local homesteads punctuating the vast plain. Watch for Maasai herdsmen, draped in their colorful wraps as they tend to their flocks.
We should arrive in Amboseli National Park in the late morning. Entering the park, you can’t miss the wall of the mountain to the south – this is legendary Mt. Kilimanjaro, known as the “roof of Africa”, rising to 19,000 feet. It’s the continent’s tallest peak and the highest free-standing mountain in the world. We’ll enjoy lunch at your accommodation and then head out for an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is known for its relative ease in wildlife spotting. All of Africa’s Big Five are here as well as zebra, giraffe, cheetah, warthog, ostrich, and many more.

Day 2
Amboseli National Park - Tsavo East National Park

Enjoy an early morning game drive. This will be an ideal time to view Kilimanjaro. If the clouds cooperate, you’ll see the snowy peak of the tallest mountain in Africa. Return to the camp for breakfast. Then we’re off to the second park of your holiday – Tsavo East. We’ll use this time well since our trip to Tsavo will also be a game drive! Arriving at our second lodge we’ll freshen up and enjoy lunch. Then we’ll head out on the park’s grasslands to “catch” more wildlife. You may see black rhinos, Cape buffalo, leopards, and lions.
There’s a good chance you’ll be treated to the sight of Tsavo’s famous red-dust elephants, coated red by the dust baths they take in the brick-red earth.
Later return to the camp for Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 3
Tsavo East - Mombasa

We’ll be up early for a pre-breakfast game drive to watch the park’s many wild inhabitants arise for the day. Breakfast is followed by another safari. We'll leave the park around mid-morning and drive to Voi Train Station. There your guide will assist you with tickets and transfer to the Madaraka Express, the new high-speed train to Mombasa and the coast.
Your first-class ticket is included with the tour, so enjoy the comfort of your air-conditioned compartment as you travel through sections of Tsavo East. The train route is positioned higher than the roadway and offers an elevated view. With its large windows, you’ll enjoy wonderful vistas of the passing landscapes. In a little less than two hours you’ll arrive at the state-of-the-art train station in Mombasa.
Our driver will pick you up and bring you to your local hotel or resort in Malindi, Watamu, Diani, Mombasa, and Kilifi Beach.
