Upon arrival at the Maasai Mara National Reserve, guests will be greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to their comfortable accommodation. After settling in, a delicious lunch will be served, allowing guests to refuel before the afternoon game drive. The game drive presents the perfect opportunity to witness the iconic Big Five - lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceroses - in their natural habitat. As the sun begins to set, guests will return to their accommodation for a delectable dinner and a relaxing evening under the starlit African sky.
Big cats are sure to be a highlight of your time in the Masai Mara, with lions, leopards and cheetahs all commonly seen stalking prey on the Masai Mara's savannah grasslands. Elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hippos and hyenas are also often seen here, sometimes in front of a background of flat-topped acacia trees. Impalas are everywhere. Bird-watchers will also love the chance to see more than 500 bird species.

The second day begins with an early morning game drive, providing guests with the chance to observe the Maasai Mara's wildlife at its most active. Watch from high above the earth in a hot-air balloon as the sun rises over the Masai Mara. You'll enjoy fabulous views of the landscape, and you'll also see lots of animals down below or visit the Maasai village for a unique African dance and cultural experience (extra cost).
Following the game drive, a hearty breakfast will be served at the camp, allowing guests to savor the flavors of Africa before departing for their next adventure. The safari concludes with a transfer back to the capital city Nairobi, leaving guests with memories to last a lifetime.
Nairobi is a dynamic, intriguing city, rich in local culture. It has a number of wildlife-themed attractions to help get you excited about what lies ahead. Nairobi also has wonderful restaurants serving a range of cuisines, as well as good nightlife, busy markets and excellent accommodation.
