Start your day with a delicious breakfast, ensuring you're well-prepared for the adventures ahead. Grab your packed lunch and make your way to the nearby park headquarters, just a stone's throw away. Here, you'll receive a comprehensive briefing, be assigned to your respective Gorilla groups, and then trek into the forest. The duration of your trek through Bwindi can vary, spanning from 2 to 8 hours, contingent upon the Gorillas' movements.
Upon locating them, you'll spend up to 1 hour observing and photographing the gorillas. Following the trek, savor a well-deserved lunch and receive your official Gorilla trekking certificate. After, meet your guide and transfer back to Kigali for an overnight stay.
