Depart early in the morning from Dar es Salaam and enjoy a scenic 3–4-hour drive in a private safari jeep to Saadani National Park, the only national park in East Africa where the bush meets the beach. Upon arrival, embark on an exciting game drive through the park's diverse landscapes, where the savannah seamlessly blends with the Indian Ocean coastline.

Saadani is renowned for its abundant wildlife and excellent game-viewing opportunities. During your drive, keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes, and, if luck is on your side, lions and other predators roaming the park.

As the day draws to a close, return to your beachfront lodge and unwind to the soothing sound of the waves. Relax by the beach with a refreshing glass of wine or beer while watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean before enjoying a delicious dinner and settling in for an overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive – Return to Dar es Salaam

Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Saadani National Park, the perfect time to witness the bush awakening and to spot wildlife that may have been elusive the previous day. As the sun rises over the savannah and coastline, keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs, and a variety of bird species in their natural habitat.

After the game drive, return to your lodge for a delicious breakfast and take a moment to enjoy the peaceful surroundings one last time.
