Nairobi - LAke Nakuru National Park

Early morning pick up then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the rift valleys most famous lake Nakuru, Known for its flamingoes. Lake Nakuru is a rhino sanctuary, with a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, greater and lesser flamingos are the main attraction. At times there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lake shore. Arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive along the shores of the pink lake with a variety of bird species including cormorants, great white pelicans, among others Dinner and overnight at camp or lodge.

Morning Game drive at lake Nakuru and we head to Masaai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy stunning scenery and a place with higher concentration of wildlife, see the 3 big cats, leopard, lion & cheetah. The semi-nomadic pastoralists Masaai tribe with fascinating culture and the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of Wildebeest, Zebras and attendant predators. Full day in the Masaai Mara with flexible schedule, after breakfast, we have a full day game drive with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-manned lion as well as its abundant resident wildlife. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these eagle, hawks and falcons, vultures, 8storks, bustard (including the Kori bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird), and species of sunbirds.
