You will enjoy a chimpanzee trekking experience in Kibale National Park, one of Africa’s premier primate destinations and home to the highest diversity of primates in the world. In the morning, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing by ranger guides on chimp trekking rules before the activity begins at 8:00 am. You will then enter the tropical rainforest in search of habituated chimpanzee families while spotting other primates, birds & forest wildlife along the way. Once the chimps are located, you will spend a full hour watching them feed, play, groom, and interact in the wild, a truly unforgettable experience. You will stop in Kabale town for lunch and enjoy a brief visit to the local market, offering a glimpse into daily life in southwestern Uganda. After lunch, continue your drive toward Rushaga sector in Bwindi, arriving at your lodge in the afternoon.
