We will depart early from Kampala or Entebbe and enjoy a scenic drive through Uganda’s rolling hills, tea plantations, and local villages. Stop en route in Mbarara for your first lunch in Uganda before continuing to the mystical Bwindi Forest.
Arrive in the evening and check into a cozy lodge nestled in the forest edge.

Gorilla trekking experience

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing. Then begin your guided trek through thick vegetation in search of a habituated gorilla family. The trek can take 2–6 hours depending on their location — but every step is worth it.
Gorilla trekking is arguably the most popular and sought-after activity in Uganda, drawing in wildlife enthusiasts and adventure seekers from around the globe

Once you find them, you’ll spend one magical hour observing these gentle giants up close — watching mothers care for their young, juveniles play, and the silverback stand guard.
Return to the lodge for a well-deserved rest and reflection,

In the evening, we can visit the Batwa community for a unique cultural experience as we learn about their traditions, customs, and way of life.

We check out and depart for Kampala, making a stop at the Equator for a leisurely lunch and the opportunity to partake in a truly picturesque experience. Thereafter, you will proceed to Kampala/ Entebbe International Airport for your departure.
